Jordan is a former collegiate baseball player and exercise science graduate who has been working in the fitness and athletic performance industry for the past five years. He has a passion for the science behind athletic performance and strength and conditioning and is meticulous in his attention to detail both in designing programs and coaching his athlete’s technique.

Jordan has worked with a diverse array of clients ranging from professional athletes looking to take their game to the next level, to everyday individuals trying to recover from injuries and improve their health and well being. With his background in high-level athletics, Jordan can relate to his youth athletes and help prepare them for the demands of college athletics. Whether you are a golfer, a baseball player, or a fast-pitch player Jordan has helped coach many athletes to improve their rotational power, increase their speed, and decrease their risk of injury.
